What this weblog will be concerned with is the legal definition of pedophilia:

"n. an obsession with children as sex objects. Overt acts, including taking sexually explicit photographs, molesting children and exposing one's genitalia to children, are all crimes. The problem with these crimes is that pedophilia is also treated as a mental illness, and the pedophile is often released only to repeat the crimes or escalate the activity to the level of murder.

I am currently gathering court cases to post as soon as I can arrange them.

Why?

It is common among the pedophile community to believe in and strive for more lenient treatment of their kind in the courts.

They tend to believe that they are making ground.

That's why we will watch the court cases, to see if the pedophile communities truly have anything to be pleased about concerning our court system.

I hope not.
